A Resolution is a formal decision passed by the shareholders or directors of a QFC Firm. Ordinary Resolutions require a simple majority, while Special Resolutions require a 75% majority and must be filed with the CRO within 21 days of being passed.

A Designated Non-Financial Business or Profession (DNFBP) includes legal, accounting, and trust services. DNFBPs must appoint a Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) who holds ACAMS certification or equivalent, and a Deputy MLRO (DMLRO). Both must meet Fitness and Propriety standards.
