The application will be reviewed by the QFC team. If the activities are regulated, the QFC Regulatory Authority (QFCRA) will conduct a detailed assessment of the business model, governance arrangements, capital position and risk framework.
Clarifications or additional documentation may be requested.
Once approved, the entity will be incorporated and licensed. Official registration documents will be issued, and the firm can proceed with post-licensing steps, such as:
