Build a Stronger Network with Your QFC LLC(G)

The Company Limited by Guarantee (LLC(G)) under Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) provides a streamlined, internationally recognised structure for establishing non-profit, member-based organisations—without the need for share capital.

Designed for entities focused on advocacy, sector collaboration, trade and professional development over profit generation, this structure enables organisations to operate effectively while remaining focused on their mission.

LLC(G)s are particularly well suited for business membership organisations, professional associations and business councils. They operate as independent legal entities within a transparent, English common law-based framework, offering credibility, flexibility, and a strong foundation for collaboration and growth.
