Establish a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in Qatar with QFC

Under the QFC Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations, two or more individuals and/or companies may form an LLP to carry on any business activity permitted under QFC Law.

At the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC), we make it easy for businesses to grow by establishing a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). An LLP offers a flexible and secure structure for business owners who want to collaborate with partners, combining the operational flexibility of a partnership with the protection of limited liability. This enables members to focus on building and expanding their business with confidence.

QFC LLP Features – Clean Component

Features of establishing a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) with QFC:

  • Independent legal identity, established and governed by an LLP agreement.

  • You need at least two members (individuals and/or corporate entities), who can be of any nationality.
