Show “Trust” to your assets

Trusts at the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) provide a structured legal framework for holding and managing assets by trustees for the benefit of beneficiaries.

Widely used for succession planning, asset protection, wealth transfer and confidentiality, Trusts enable assets to be managed and distributed in accordance with the Settlor's intentions by separating legal ownership from beneficial interest.

Governed by the QFC Trust Regulations, QFC is the only jurisdiction in Qatar that permits the establishment of Trusts within a stable legal framework based on Common Law.

QFC Trusts offer individuals, families and institutions a reliable solution for the long-term preservation of wealth and privacy. While Trusts must be registered with the QFC Authority, Trust documents are not publicly disclosed, providing an added level of confidentiality.
