As a registered QFC client, you can request access to our dedicated E-Services portal. The portal offers an added layer of convenience that allows you to request services, ask questions, leave feedback and make payments on the go and from the comfort of your home. It can also be accessed via mobile through the QFC Mobile Application.


Business visas, residency permits, medical check-up, family visa applications and extensions, traffic department services, transfer of sponsorship, and more.


Annual return submission, audited financial accounts submission, waivers requests, certification requests, change notifications, and more.


Change in registered function holder e.g. change in the Senior Executive Function (SEF)


Tax registration, Tax return form submission, assigning tax agent, and more.


Legislation and compliance annual checklist, updating employee information, compliance notice, and more.


All IT services requested through the QFC Portal are related to QFC Tower 1 and QFC Tower 2 tenants (e.g. internet and telephone line installation).


Real Estate, health and safety. Most services for this module requested through the QFC Portal are related to QFC Tower 1 and 2 tenants, (e.g. updating the tenancy related details, security services and others).

For tenants outside the QFC Towers, only Property Services can be requested through the QFC Portal (e.g., request for designation of a new building).


To ensure that nothing holds you back from operating your business, we offer our eServices on the go through our mobile application.

The QFC App is a free interactive tool that allows access to QFC services including company registration, licensing and immigration.

Orientation & Guidance

The Client Affairs team regularly organises Orientation Sessions for newly setup companies. The orientation is provided by staff members from relevant QFC departments and serves to guide you through the requirements of their respective modules.

If you need a reference point to come back to when in doubt, you can always consult the user manuals and guidance documents that are available in each module of the portal. 

Our mobile application also features a multi-touch menu which allows users to learn more on how to set-up at the QFC and make payments for services, among others.

Accessing eServices

Who can access?

To ensure secure access to the QFC Portal, only assigned Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) for each module will be able to gain access.

You are able to assign up to two SPOCs 
per module.

Multi-Company Login

For subsidiaries of companies licensed by the QFC, you are able to assign a user with a Multi-Company Login that allows access to different subsidiaries of parent entities on the Portal.

How do I get access?

To access the QFC e-services portal, you must be a registered QFC company.

To gain access to the QFC Portal, please have the Senior Executive Function (SEF), Authorised Signatory and Director (or a Member if it is an LLP company) fill out, and sign & stamp the brief Client Portal Request Access Form and submit it to The SPOCs will thereafter be authorised to make submissions on behalf of the firm to their assigned modules.
